115 m2 house + garden in Chevreuse Valley

Townhouse located in a quiet residence close to the city center and the Paris/Rambouillet transport routes (RN 10 and SNCF). On the ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 back kitchen, 1 large double living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. Upstairs: the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, 1 small bathroom with toilet is adjoining. Ample storage is available. On sunny days you can enjoy a terrace and garden. The space House of about 115 m2 at your disposal that can accommodate 8 people comfortably (please note that one bed is a 120 cm convertible sofa bed), you can enjoy an enclosed garden with 1 table, 8 chairs, 1 parasol and 1 barbecuecue. Beds will only be made for the number of guests who actually booked the house (same for the provision of towels), we will ask you for the composition of your group before arrival in order to prepare the rooms as best as possible. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the garage, an upstairs room and the garden shed. Other things to note There is a step to enter the house and a step to exit to the terrace/garden. The garbage cans, dishwasher and refrigerator must be emptied at the end of the stay.
