Other things to note ➜Housekeeping service is mandatory: an employee who will help you during your stay. The first employee is included in rate, when your group is greater than 8 a second employee will be sent. Their regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and their daily rate for 2025 is $100,000-COP (25 USD), don't forget to pay them directly at the end of your stay. She is an excellent cook and will take care of all your cleaning, making beds and among others. In Colombia it is customary to share food with them. Please note, the Airbnb cleaning fee and housekeeper service fee are separate and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The service cost of housekeepers covers their work during your stay and you will need to pay it directly to them before checkout, they appreciate it very much. Depending on our booking schedule, we can be flexible regarding checkout times, but if we need to prepare the house for upcoming guests, check out time is strictly enforced. Late and unauthorized check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly. *After 16 people there is an additional U$30 per person/night charge *Passages after person number 16 costs $15 per person per day *Pets cost U$50 per pet trip.
