Stylish Condo with 5 pools and beach access!

Relax in this calm, stylish space located in one of the most exclusive developments in town. You will enjoy the environment around it, close to gardens, pools and a beautiful beach. Covered parking area, elevator and 24/7 security will make your access super easy. Your rate includes $150 pesos of electricity per night, if you exceed this amount, the difference will be charged at the time of your departure. Guest access It is important to mention that we do not have all-inclusive hotel service, that is, the condo is rented as a vacation home, and we do not have bell-boy services or food and beverages at home. The experience we offer is that you can enjoy your vacation as if you were in the comfort of your home. Cosmo Residences Property Rules and Hours for Guests, and Renters COMMON AREAS: • No loud noises during the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, out of respect for your neighbors. Music that disturbs your neighbors’ peace and quiet is not permitted on the Property. This includes pool, common areas, terraces, or in the hallways. • Do not hang clothing, towels, etc. on the railings of the terraces or in hallways. • No Smoking other than designated areas. Illegal drugs are prohibited on the Property. • Pets are not permitted in Cosmo Residences. • NO FIREARMS or weapons of any kind are permitted on Property. • Adults only may use the barbecue grill. • HUATULCO SPOTS assume no responsibility or liability to any Guest or Renter, for any lost or stolen property, injury, death, or any other damages incurred on Arrocito Beach Village Property. SWIMMING POOL AREA AND JACUZZI: • Pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily and are for the exclusive use of ABV Owners and Renters. RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING IN OUTSIDE GUESTS. • Children under 14 must be supervised by adult over 18. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted at the pool and jacuzzi. • Glass bottles or containers are not allowed at or near the pool. Cans or plastic only. • Do not eat in the pool. Dispose of food and garbage properly to prevent ants and bees. • Do not use the pool and Jacuzzi under the effects of alcohol or drugs. • Proper swimwear is required. For sanitary reasons, babies (and children in diapers) will be welcome IF they are wearing WATERPROOF diapers. • Shower off sand and dirt before entering the swimming pool and jacuzzi. • When leaving the pool, take your belongings with you. • No lifeguards on duty. Enter the swimming pool and the ocean at your own risk. PROPERTY HOURS: • Pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. • Mexican law requires us to separate trash into 3 bags. One bag for recyclable glass, plastic, paper, and aluminum. One for food/organic garbage. All other trash in one.
