Our little house is on the river. You can kayak or canoe or fish, or swim! There is a small kitchen/grill outside and lots of room for kids to play or adults to relax and view the river! There are near by trails to walk on. If you get bored here Shipshewana is very near by and plenty of places to eat , shop or go to evening shows. Also the family’s flea market is tue and wed. The space There is plenty of out door seating along with an awesome fire pit. Wood is provided for you. Please bring bug spray . Guest access We have an acre of land at our tiny river house, so if you like to wonder around the woods, you can do that! Other things to note Pigeon lake is near by. If you want to kayak around the lake and then from the lake you’ll end up back to the tiny river house. There is a public landing at the lake to put kayaks in. We also have put a bike at the property to use to kayak. Let me explain. You can put your bike in your SUV and drive to Cr. Rd. 450. Park your car along wood fence. (It’s at Amish house and they have given permission to park there. ) Ride your bike back to tiny house and then kayak to 450. Put your kayaks in your SUV and bring back to tiny house. Or drive to lake with kayaks and park at public access. and kayak from there back to tiny house, then use your bike to go get your car. There is a lot to explore at the pigeon lake!
