Location Our modern 3-room apartment is centrally located in the "Dorf" district. The nearest beach crossing is only 550 m away. Shops, restaurants, bakery and the weekly market are within walking distance. Amenities The 2023 completely renovated, ground-level apartment is 60 sqm and suitable for up to 2 adults and 3 children. You enter a tastefully decorated living-dining area with a sofa corner and a large flat-screen TV. At the dining table, you can plan your holiday day together with a breakfast of fresh rolls from one of the nearby bakeries. The separate kitchen impresses with extensive amenities. In the evening, you will find relaxation in the separate bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm, passage room to the children's room) and wardrobe. From here you can reach the children's room with a bunk bed with three sleeping levels. The modernized and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. It also has a towel heater and a washing machine. Depending on the time of day and season, you can use either the protected west or east terrace. The east side offers a cozy sitting area with a beach chair on the west side. The west terrace is shared with the apartment "Kleiner Sandloper". Special features Up to two four-legged friends are welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). An extra marked parking space is available for your car at the apartment. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price.
