Other things to note 🏊 Communal Pool Access – IMPORTANT Guests may enjoy access to the Tigné Point communal pool, subject to the conditions below: • Pool is seasonal, typically open 1st May – 1st October • Opening/closing dates are set by Tigné Point management and may vary • Pool access is NOT included in the booking price • Guests must purchase a 10-day pool pass directly from Tigné Point reception (Piazza Tigné) • All payments and arrangements are handled exclusively at reception • The host does not manage pool access, pricing, or availability • The host is not responsible for changes to pool schedules or closures • Late Check-In Fees Late check-in is subject to an additional €50 fee, payable on arrival, in the following cases: – Weekdays after 5:00 PM – Weekends and public holidays • Underground Parking (Optional) Secure underground parking may be available at an additional cost, payable on arrival. Availability is limited and must be requested in advance by contacting the host. 📌 House Rules (STRICT – PLEASE READ) • No parties, events, or loud music • Any neighbour complaint results in immediate eviction without refund • Only registered guests allowed • Property must be left in the same condition as check-in • Additional cleaning will be charged if required • Garbage disposal timetable must be followed (details in Welcome Book) • Guest Age & Group Policy We do not accept large groups and do not accept bookings from guests under 30 years of age. This is a quiet, residential building and these rules are strictly enforced. • Mandatory Pre-Booking Approval Before confirming a booking, all guests must explicitly confirm by message that they have read, understood, and agree to all house rules and terms & conditions. Bookings may be declined if this confirmation is not provided.
