The 78 m² house features a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace, and a barbecue (see local regulations). A plancha grill is available for your use. There is a ground-floor bedroom, and air conditioning is installed in both upstairs bedrooms. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool and a ping-pong table. For families, young children are provided with a crib, high chair, shared children's books, as well as a swing and slide area. Other things to note On the property, you’ll find friendly hens happy to receive your organic waste, accompanied by the owners. Nearby, you can explore the Provençal village of Nyons and its market (every Thursday and Sunday), the Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine, the Saint-May gorges, Cornillon, Pas des Ondes lake, and Grignan. Two parking spaces are available on the property, along with storage for your bikes and/or motorcycles. Pets are not allowed. Towels are not provided. Guests staying a week or longer are offered a complimentary aperitif. Lunch is available on request for an extra charge. The property offers farm products such as oil, olives, tapenade, nectar, jam, and seasonal fruit.
