The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do. The space The Garden Studio is a one room studio with your bedroom, dining room space, and living room area all together. It is located in the backyard of a historic Old Town Fort Collins home, and the backyard is a shared space with the residents of the main home. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower and large vanity. The vintage dining table pulls out to also function as a writing desk, if you need space to work while you're visiting. Speaking of work, we have fast WiFi at 107 Mbps. Fort Collins is known to be a bicycle friendly city, and we have two cruiser bikes available for use, if you'd like to engage in the local culture. You are welcome to use either of our two picnic tables in the backyard space for dining al fresco or just enjoying being outside when the weather is nice. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment. The studio is a separate building from the main house, and is located in the backyard. Other things to note Linens for the futon sleeper available upon request. Futon is best for children or young adult guests as it is quite firm. There is no kitchen or disposal in this studio. Please do not put food down the bathroom sink. The studio is located in Old Town Fort Collins. If you choose to use street parking, please park in the direction of traffic or you may receive a violation from the city. Registration Details 617278
