Stylish near the lake

A stylish experience, in the centrally located apartment near Lake Constance, in the municipality of Lauterach. Since I am often on the road, I would like to share the apartment with mindful people. Lake Constance is only 5 minutes away by car. Lake Jannersee can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. From the station, it's about a 12-minute walk. The attic apartment is located in a small residential complex the 2nd floor. It is accessible via an external staircase without an elevator. There is a nice balcony with terrace.
