The space Welcome to my villa! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 150m² villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The living room, on the ground floor, features a large sofa and a dining table for six people. You will find a beautiful garden with a seating area and a table for six where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air. There's also a living space on the 1st floor, with a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. You can lounge and enjoy the sunny days on the terrace next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The villa has four bedrooms. Two have two single beds, one has a double bed, and one has a queen bed. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
