The living space is about 225 square meters and includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The modern and open-plan furnishings offer a feel-good atmosphere on vacation. You can spend pleasant evenings in the spacious living/dining area. From here you have a direct view of the pool area and the water. Start your vacation with a cold drink on one of the pool loungers and refresh yourself on warm summer days in the cool water. The saltwater pool with jacuzzi is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and skin-friendly. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. To protect the little ones, there is a pool fence. For music fans, we have installed the speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device. The TVs in the living room and outdoor area are additionally equipped with Apple TV. The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All appliances are of the latest standard and a Nespresso machine (please bring capsules) is also available. All bedrooms have a king size bed. The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, large shower and a double sink. All other bedrooms have their own adjoining bathrooms. Do you often forget the travel plugs? We have installed USB sockets to charge your devices in the house. Also noteworthy is the prime location of Villa Infinity in the popular southwest of Cape Corals. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a nice playground. Close by is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage. For our guests, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, attractions and much more. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area. Guest access A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat rented from us is located directly at your own boat dock, for example, to approach the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva!
