Stunning views at Gulabin Lodge

Gulabin Lodge, in Glenshee, Perthshire in the Cairngorms National Park, is perfect for families, friends, walking/ outdoor groups, skiers, MTB-ers and Munro-Baggers. 9 rooms sleep 30 people in comfort. The well-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy and the dining room offers spectacular mountain views. The twin lounges have cosy log fires and underfloor heating. Outside there is a terrace featuring a kitchen with BBQ and fire pit, plus plenty of seating and lots of room for kids to play. The space The Lodge is a large, comfortable and affordable option for those looking to experience the mountains without the huge costs of a Highland hotel. Self-catering for large numbers is easy in the well-equipped kitchen. Just bring your favourite food and drink or have it delivered. The large leather sofas in the lounge, along with the piano, glockenspiel, books and games make it a fun space to spend time after a day in the hills. The tables and chairs in the dining room can be stacked, meaning that there's space for a ceilidh! The mountain terrace is a lovely outdoor space with a kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and seating. It's the perfect place to enjoy the long, light Highland summer evenings. 5 ground floor rooms are designed in a Tyrolian mountain lodge style. There are beds on a lower level as well as a mezzanine that is accessed by a stair ladder. Three have double beds on the mezzanine with singles and bunks below, the other two have singles on the mezzanine (with singles/ bunks below). The 4 first-floor rooms are more conventional in their styling. There are two large double rooms with bunks, ideal for families with younger kids. There's also one double and a small, cozy twin for those looking for a wee haven in which to slumber. The downstairs bathroom suite consists of 4 toilets and 3 showers. Upstairs, there are 2 toilets and 2 showers. Guests also have the use of a drying room; ideal for wet ski or hiking gear. Guest access Our group bookings have exclusive use of the entire property, including the Mountain Terrace. They also have access to the grounds (excluding the House Lawns, which are reserved for those who have booked our house-let). There is a free car park that is reserved for Lodge guests.
