The kitchen features an induction cooktop, a ventilated oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. It is also equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and eat meals. From the living room there is access to the private garden equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and relaxing outdoors, sipping an excellent coffee or aperitif in the company of friends or family. The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds, orthopedic mattress and closet, providing excellent quality sleep. You will find your private space ready to welcome you with all the comforts and conveniences you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Other things to note It is possible to request extra cleaning of the apartment during your stay at a cost of €35. One set of towels per person and one set of sheets will be provided during your stay based on the number of beds booked. It is possible to request an additional change of sheets and towels in advance at a cost of €10 per person total. The use of the third bed is strictly dependent on the presence of the fifth guest. In the case of fewer than five guests, the need to use the third bed must be specified at the time of booking and only in this case is subject to a surcharge of €15.00 for the duration of the stay.
