You will enjoy all the amenities within walking distance (market, supermarket, tobacco shop, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, nightclub, water park). Parking is free on site. Welcome to Chez Papi Jean! The space The apartment consists of an entrance with a bunk bed (2 beds 80 x 190), a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), living room, separate kitchen and a pleasant terrace. Other things to note For the months of July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. For rentals of a week or more, possible OPTIONS: * HOUSEHOLD LINEN OPTION: - Fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover: 20 euros/bed/week * BATH TOWELS OPTION - 1 large and 1 small bath towel: 15 euros/person/week * HOUSEHOLD OPTION: - End-of-stay cleaning (NB: the garbage cans must still be taken out and the dishes washed, thank you): 50 euros * SMALL PETS OPTION: - 1st pet: Free of charge. - 2nd pet: 50 euro/week For your comfort and that of other people in the building, only 1 large dog or 2 small dogs (10 kg max) will be allowed in the apartment For rentals of less than 1 week: linens and towels are INCLUDED in the price For any request to customize the reception (for an event, a surprise for your travel partner etc...), contact me by message :) The selected options will be paid directly upon arrival in cash or by French bank check 1 free common room for bicycles is available free of charge in the basement (beware of stairs).
