ENJOY YOUR VACATION IN THIS COZY HOUSE NEAR BARCELONA House with garden and pool, ideal for families, located in a residential area of Alella, an ancient village with a long wine tradition and surrounded by the natural landscape of the Serralada Litoral Park. Very close to downtown Alella (1.2 km; 3 minutes by car), close to the beach (3.5 km; 8 minutes by car), and close to Barcelona (19 km; about 30 minutes by car). The space It is a 120m2 single-family house, with capacity for 7 people and has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 3 single beds). It has a swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and Wi-Fi. The dining room and the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. It is located in a quiet residential area with beautiful views, ideal for enjoying vacations. A vehicle is required, as the house is located 1.2 kilometers from downtown Alella. However, if you don't have your own car or a rental car, the town of Alella has a good taxi service with trusted taxi drivers who can make the necessary trips, including the round trip from Barcelona airport. The vehicle can be left parked inside the property (there is room for two cars to park). You can also park for free and easily on the street, which is shared with residents (respecting access to private parking lots). The house is distributed over 2 floors: MAIN FLOOR: On this floor, there is the DINING ROOM, the KITCHEN (with direct access to the garden and barbecue), a DOUBLE BEDROOM (with a double bed), a small BATHROOM with shower, and a TERRACE. UPPER FLOOR: On this floor, there are two DOUBLE BEDROOMS (one with a double bed and the other with two beds), a SINGLE BEDROOM, a BATHROOM with a shower, and a TERRACE with a small chill-out area, which can be accessed from each bedroom. In the garden there is also the barbecue, which must be cleaned after each use. Guest access POOL AREA: The pool and pool area, which are shared with our family, are located at the bottom of the garden and are fenced. Although the pool area is shared with our family, we try not to coincide with guests. If privacy in the pool is very important to you, please let us know before booking to ensure that you won't run into each other in the pool at any time. Although it is a private pool, the neighbors' hours of rest, swimwear, and pool rules must be respected. SERVICES INCLUDED: Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, and gel. Other things to note - We live in the house next door, and will be happy to help you in anything you need to make you comfortable during your stay. - Family oriented accommodation In case of non-family groups, write us and we can consider it. - For us it is very important to respect the tranquility of the residential neighborhood where our house is located, so please check that you can comply with the house rules before making a reservation. We hope that if you want to book in the house, you will also be committed to maintaining responsible and rational consumption of scarce energy resources. - CHECK-IN from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Guests should let us know in advance to let us know their ETA to arrange their welcome with us! HOUSE RULES: - The house has a tourist license. According to Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, a local tourist tax is applied to guests over 16 years of age, with a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is not included in the rental price and is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The amount of the tourist tax, established by the Generalitat de Catalunya, is as follows: - €1 per person per night for stays made until March 31, 2026. - €1.75 per person per night for stays between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. - €2.50 per person per night for stays made from April 1, 2027. - At check-in, accrediting identification documentation of guests will be required to make the check-in of travelers of the Autonomous Police. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, being the exclusive responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity and water, is not included in the price of the stay. - In winter, the fireplace located inside the house, is not enabled for use. - Garbage must be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO: - Host or invite more people than those registered on the booking form. The use of the house is intended only for the people included in the reservation. Therefore, visits to the house of persons not included in the reservation are not allowed. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 pm and before 09:00 am, as it is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior. - Use bath towels for the beach or the pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests may not smoke inside the house; if they wish, they may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property.
