You are a 10/15 min walk from the Palais des Festivals and therefore the famous Croisette and its beaches. All shops are accessible at the foot of the building (pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets...) We provide premium hotel quality white linens and towels for a great night's sleep :) On the 3rd floor with elevator and private parking and air conditioning! Living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, dining table, wardrobe. Small well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso. A spacious and pleasant bathroom. Very popular terrace that makes the apartment very light. Free and private parking in the building basement. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT We welcome all guests in person on site at the apartment. Check-ins are usually from 4pm but if the apartment is available and ready we are flexible! For arrivals after 8 p.m., the group will have to pay an extra €25 at check-in. For arrivals after 11pm, the group will have to pay an extra €50 at check-in. --- HOUSE LINEN We provide hotel-quality white linen at no extra cost for up to 24 days of rental. For longer stays, a surcharge will be applied depending on the length of stay. --- OTHER POINTS Reduce noise on the terrace in the evening so as not to disturb the neighbors. Parties are forbidden in this apartment. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has not been followed (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €300. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, without throwing butts on the ground or below.
