Nightingale Cottage is our largest of three cottages on our working family farm at Street Farm (streetfarmstay). This cottage has three bedrooms, all en-suite and offers upside down accommodation with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor, with patio doors out onto the mezzanine where you will find the huge hot tub and out door dining. It is ideally situated as perfect base to visit York, the East Coast and the North Yorkshire Moors The space This cottage has three bedrooms and offers upside down accommodation. Enter the ground floor into a welcoming reception area with cloak room and separate w/c. To the right is a cosy bedroom which can be either a twin room or double room with zip and link beds making a super king-sized bed. This bedroom has original beams, brick pillars, built in wardrobe and a flat screen wall mounted TV. Adjoining this bedroom is an impressive quartz en-suite shower room with basin and w/c. Along the passage way to the left of the reception area you will find a second bedroom which again can be either a twin or double room with zip and link beds making a super king-sized bed. This room also has a wall mounted flat screen TV so you can relax and catch up on your favourite programmes. This bedroom also has a stylish quartz en-suite shower room with basin and w/c. At the end of the passage way you will find the generous sized master bedroom with high beamed ceilings and a gorgeous king sized bed. There is a wall mounted, flat screen TV and large pine wardrobe with plenty of space for all those holiday essentials. This room also has an en-suite with a luxurious bath, separate shower, basin and w/c. An open ended staircase, from the ground floor reception area, leads up to a large open plan living area with high, beamed ceiling, chandeliers and brick pillars. You will find a stunning kitchen, fitted with beautiful granite worktops and twin ovens. The dining area, with large dining table and chairs leads through to the relaxing sitting area with a three seater and two seater sofas, an arm chair and a large plasma screen TV. Patio doors from the living area lead out to a large mezzanine floor where you can chill out in your own private outdoor living area with an amazing Hot Tub. EV charging is available on site, please note that it is not directly outside the cottage. Charging is via Tap Electric Guest access Guests are able to walk through the farm yard into further grounds, please be aware there is a pond in the area, children must be supervised at all times. We ask that you do not go into the barns or the fields and respect the privacy of people in other properties on site. Please take care whilst walking through the yard as we are a working farm and there may be machinery around. Other things to note Please note, we are located adjacent to an A road and some road noise may be heard. We have security cameras around the farm and on the farm entrances but these do not over look any of our properties and are purely for farm security.
