The house of Sony/Rome, located in a central and strategic area, is the ideal solution to visit ROME and spend a pleasant and relaxing stay. The metro stop "C" ALESSANDRINO, 150 metres, 2 minutes on foot, allows you to reach the historic centre of the Colosseum/Imperial Forums directly in about 15/20 minutes. Served by all major services, day and night bus lines, pharmacy, supermarket, shopping centre, Donald's, KFC, as well as pizzerias, restaurants and bakeries. The space Located on the third floor of a condominium building without an elevator, on a quiet street just a short walk from the C line of the metro. The 65-square-metre apartment, renovated and fully furnished, is at the guests' complete disposal. Two balconies, with fast Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and air conditioning, can accommodate four people. BEDROOM It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with a memory mattress, a closet with a mirror, dresser and nightstands. The beds are equipped with blanket pillow sheets and duvets. Baby crib upon request model "Kinder kraft Neste up" from zero to twelve months offered free of charge. LIVING AREA A living room with a double sofa bed, wall-mounted high-speed Wi-Fi, HD Smart TV, and a table with 4 chairs. Also upon request, for bookings for two guests who both use the double beds, there is a surcharge of €15 (linen for the second bed) for the entire stay, to be paid on site. Reservations for three or four guests – no extra charge for linens!! KITCHEN The kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator, table with four chairs, tablecloth pots and all the accessories, kettle complete with filter tea, a coffee machine with pods, oil, salt, sugar and various foods. BATHROOM The private bathroom with sink, bidet, large shower, equipped with set of towels, bath foam, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, toilet paper, iron, scale. The hallway with mirror, small bookcase, clothes hanger, air conditioning, high-speed wifi. Finally, the apartment includes two balconies, one of which has a washing machine with tabs , clothesline and pegs. Sony/Rome's house enjoys brightness in a quiet area well connected by public transport. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Upon request, bed linens and towels can be changed for a fee of €15 per person. Use of both beds: For two people who wish to use both double beds, there is a total surcharge of €15.00. There is no extra charge for three or four people. Ability to rent a camping bed for a fee of €5 per day. Guest access Free street parking is available downstairs from the house, and there is ample parking in the square adjacent to the building. Parking is available 200 meters away in the "Garage Royale" private garage with daily rates depending on the size of the car. Other things to note Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and I will be happy to host you in my apartment while you will visit the delights of this city.... Sony/Roma's apartment is located about 150 metres from the Line C Alessandrino metro station; in about 10 stops (15–20 minutes), you can get directly to the historic centre. When you exit the metro, you will find yourself in front of the majestic Colosseum, the Imperial Fora, and Piazza Venezia. Passing through Piazza San Giovanni, a nerve center that allows you to reach all the tourist sites. In fact, with the internal change of metro (A) you can get to San Pietro , Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel. All the central stations are in themselves a museum, there are the archaeological finds of ancient Rome that emerged during the excavations for the construction of the metro C.
