Apartment in Opočno, just like Grandma's place

One of the oldest houses in Opočno is located on a terraced slope of a former manor vineyard above the Zlatý Potok valley, overlooking the castle and the castle park in the oldest part of the picturesque town of Opočno in the Orlické Mountains. It dates from the late 15th century. This simple apartment on the ground floor of a house offers peace, greenery, and the sound of birds singing. It has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, a shower, and a toilet. The space You have your own entrance to the apartment, which offers a spacious main room with a kitchen and a living area. There is an Apple TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, a two-burner stove, a moka pot, basic spices, oil, and coffee, as well as books, puzzles, and magazines. In the living room, there is a sofa (can be used as a 4th bed, less comfortable). Each bedroom has windows. The apartment does not have heating; hot water is available (but limited). The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Guests can use the terrace in front of the apartment. Don't expect luxury – this is a historic house with the unique atmosphere of a summer spent at Grandma's in the countryside. Guest access You enter the house through a dedicated entrance. There is one permanent tenant living in the house, but she has a completely separate entrance, so complete privacy is ensured. Other things to note In the picturesque Opočno, we recommend visiting the castle of the aristocratic family of Colloredo-Mansfeld, the Castle Park, the summer castle or the restaurant Jordánek and trying the legendary Opočno ice cream. The surroundings offer countless trips – either by car or by bike: Kuks Hospital, Rychnov nad Knežnou, Nové Město nad Metují, Ratibořice (a place from the famous Czech classic Babička) or Orlické mountains.
