Fully furnished and prepared for 2 people (maximum capacity), you will have a double bed, private bathroom, and an electric kitchen equipped with all the basic tools necessary for preparing your food. You will also have a set of linens for your bed and towels for guests, personal hygiene products such as toilet paper, shampoo and body soap. Additionally, you will have at your disposal a small common space within the studio apartment with a dining room, its own lighting, and a TV with CABLE TV. THE BUILDING The building is located in one of the capital's most emblematic and traditional neighborhoods: TEUSAQUILLO. You'll find elegant English-style houses, numerous green areas, and a park less than a block away! We will travel back in time with our DECO – VINTAGE decoration from the mid-70's and 80's. Really charming! We have a small COWORKING area for our guests with access to WIFI, which they can request at the building's reception in case they want to work for a while outside the studio apartment. The building has a doorman and 24-hour security! To answer any questions or concerns at the reception, my collaborators Liliana or Patricia will provide you with support during your stay, including safe and practical advice on Bogotá tourism, to make your stay as perfect as possible! WE OFFER FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE IN CASE YOU WANT TO ENJOY A LITTLE MORE OF OUR CHARMING CITY AFTER CHECK-OUT TIME, OR BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, I will send you the details of your reservation (exact address, contact phone number, and additional details) through Airbnb's internal messaging. At the time of check-in, you can call the phone number provided to notify your entry a few hours before your arrival, or you can go directly to the address of the accommodation and my collaborators will help you with the registration of the guests, and they will collaborate with the entry and delivery of the space you have rented :) CHECK-IN: after 3:00 PM. CHECK-OUT: before 11:00 AM. If you arrive before check-in time, or if you have to leave much later than expected, you can count on us to leave your luggage at no additional cost for the hours you require, and thus be able to enjoy our beautiful city, without the worry of carrying luggage that could be a bit annoying and ruin our tourist experiences!... Other things to note BOOKING CONDITIONS: By booking, you agree to abide by the following rules of coexistence (non-exhaustive list): ** No gatherings and/or parties are allowed. ** Moderate noise after 8pm. ** No drugs / No smoking / No candles. ** Respect for the rented space and facilities. BREAKFAST: To celebrate that you have chosen us for your stay in Bogotá, we kindly want to offer you a super discount on our standard breakfast menu that you can order only in advance upon arrival at your apartment. *NOTE: To obtain this discount, the guest must order breakfast one day in advance and make the respective payment at the time of placing the order. For bio-security reasons, your breakfast will be delivered directly to your apartment door between 8:00 am - 9:30 am. You can choose between: * Exquisite and traditional Tamal, accompanied by freshly baked bread and delicious chocolate for only 7,000 pesos. * Delicious Omelet, accompanied by freshly baked bread and delicious chocolate for only 5,000 pesos. * Traditional arepa with cheese accompanied by the juice of the day and delicious chocolate for only 5,000 pesos. * Rib broth, accompanied by freshly baked bread and a delicious chocolate for only 7,000 pesos. * Bowl of Greek Yogurt with fruits of the day, accompanied by coffee, toast or croissant for only 7,000 pesos. In addition, we have more options available that you can see in our restaurant's menu, which you will find in your apartment with a 20% discount on all our dishes! *20% does not apply to drinks on the menu. LAUNDRY: We have laundry facilities on our premises! You can have new technologies & eco-friendly equipment that consume less energy and water at your disposal: front-loading washers, dryers and ironing area! The service has a small additional cost and you can request it at the building's reception. Guests must bring their own detergent (LIQUID), softener, or bleach if desired. Pay attention to the instructions for using the machines from the people in charge of taking you to the laundry area. It is vitally important that the detergent and washing products are LIQUID, due to the type of washing machines we handle. Failure to comply with this condition of use may result in a fine for misuse of the machines. BASIC COOKING UTENSILS: You can count on the basic utensils for preparing your food: pots, pans, covered dishes, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. Oil, salt and pepper will not be included in the provision of our services, any type of edible product for food preparation must be at the guest's own expense. If your intentions to stay with us are for tourist purposes, and you have no intention of using the kitchen at all, you will have the building's restaurant available every day (except Sundays and holidays) OPENING HOURS: My work team will be available 24 hours a day in person at the building's reception. You can write to me via Airbnb's internal messaging system between approximately 9am-9pm (Bogotá Time Zone (GMT-5)) to notify me of any eventuality or desire to extend the reservation! :) PERSONAL HYGIENE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS: The products offered in our services include body wash and toilet paper. Once you have used up the product, you can choose to order a new one at the building's front desk. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee charged through the platform corresponds to the cleaning that must be carried out after the guest's departure. If you want a cleaning during your stay, you can request it by phone or request it directly from our managers, paying a small additional fee for the provision of the service indicated by my collaborators. PETS: Our little friends will always be welcome with us :). However, an additional fee is required in cash upon arrival. Although we love pets, we know very well that cleaning the space in general is usually a bit difficult with our pets on board! That's why this small additional fee is charged, and in this way we can guarantee a deep cleaning to future guests who rent the space you are interested in :) It is important to know that the interested party must show their intentions to enter pets, and number of pets to the host before booking. This additional fee charged does not cover damage caused by pets to the property of the rented space, and sheets and/or blankets with an excessive amount of hair will have to be paid for by the guest. The guest may bring the blankets or sheets they deem necessary for their pet's stay and avoid these setbacks. PARKING: We have a small parking lot in our facilities that is completely free, subject to availability of space*. In other words, renting the apartment does not guarantee the guest a parking space for the vehicle in our parking lot. If at the time of your arrival, you ask for availability to store the car, and we have space, we will gladly assist you with the entry of the car to the parking lot. However, if not, you can leave your vehicle in front of our facilities, which have night guards, high-powered spotlights and security cameras. As a notification, the building or the service provider, in this case the host of the reservations made by the Airbnb platform, is not responsible for vehicles that are parked outside the building's internal parking lot, or for objects that are there.
