With so many things trying to grab our attention and time, it’s so easy to forget that rest and relaxation are just as necessary in order for us to thrive in one’s endeavors and obligations. I know that it sometimes feel almost impossible to unplug, but i wud say and take it from me,not only will u feel better but you’ll also performed better when u’re recharged. So take those weekends off and even apply for vacation days.
