The large veranda houses a comfortable relaxation area with armchairs on which to share a moment of peace refreshed by the spring breeze; as well as a long wooden table and a barbecue area to laugh with friends sheltered from the summer heat. Exercise bike, gym, foosball table, garden trampoline, everything is designed to meet the needs of each guest and ensure well-being and fun. The modern exterior is reflected in its interior, reflecting the minimal and refined design. A clean and organized kitchen, which recalls moments of joyful company. Breakfast, brunch or aperitifs. Smell of coffee or sound of uncorked bottles and glasses clinking. On a cool evening, during your stay, you will happen to stay at home to watch a movie, lying on the soft sofa, immersed in the plot of the film, you will notice the stars behind you that illuminate the sky around you and you will enjoy a magical moment. The different bedrooms enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, allowing a peaceful sleep. Guest access The two-story villa is composed as follows: • Entrance with parking area and gravel driveway; • Large grassy garden surrounding the house; • Accessible fenced area with olive trees and gate; • Swimming pool and hot tub; • Veranda with relaxation area and gym area (exercise bike and weights); • Living area with dining room and living room; • Kitchen with island; • Three double bedrooms; • Three bathrooms; • A laundry room. The entrance opens onto the airy living area divided into a dining area with a table and designer seats overlooking the garden and a large living room with a TV and fireplace. The kitchen, the heart of the house, is well-stocked and equipped with a large island with sink, stove and ceiling hood. Linear and retractable, it houses a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and appliances such as a capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The airy dining room overlooking the garden and the city features a large glass dining table and is illuminated by large French windows. The living area also houses the large living room, equipped with a fireplace and large 4k TV. Upstairs we find the three double bedrooms (one with a crib) equipped with romantic windows overlooking the garden. Wardrobes, closets, dressers and TVs. Three bathrooms, one connected to the living area on the first floor and two upstairs. The first bathroom upstairs offers a comfortable bathtub, while the second is connected to the main bedroom and offers a large rectangular shower. Finally, the villa has a practical laundry and storage area, with a drying rack and everything you need for home care and laundry. Other things to note • The house is in a perfect location for those visiting the Equestrian Center. • Animal Friendly we accept pets and will be happy to host your four-legged friends! • The pool will be open in the summer season, from June to September. • The air conditioning emits only cold air and will be available from June 15 (immediately after the annual cleaning). • A modern washing machine is available free of charge for guests to use. • Wi-Fi available in all areas of the house. • Self check-in is available. • Guests are reminded that the tourist tax is included in the booking fee, calculated and automatically paid to the Municipality of Arezzo. • Please also note that, in order to comply with current regulations (Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security), valid documents will be required for each guest at check-in.
