One-bedroom apartment in a residential development with a swimming pool, just a stone's throw from the beaches of Santoña, Noja and Laredo. The capacity is 4 people. For families. The space The room has a 1.50 cm bed. There is also a very comfortable extra mattress for a child (see photos). There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The terrace is very nice for summer days. The community pool is 12 m long. There are also gardens in the residential area and you can use the beach chairs in the apartment both in the gardens and on the beach. The village of Gama, where the residential development is located, has a medical center with 24-hour emergency room, 3 restaurants and a store.
