The space The Main level has two spacious living areas, large sunny dining room, kitchen. 1 king bedroom and both baths are also on the main level. The other two bedrooms are both on the upper level, featuring a king bedroom and a bedroom with one queen bed and room for an air mattress. Fully appointed kitchen, stocked coffee bar, electric grill and outdoor seating on the back deck. Pet Policy • Maximum of 2 pets up to 100 lbs. • $350 pet fee per stay (non-refundable) • Pets must be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations • No pets on furniture or beds • Please clean up waste in the yard and surrounding areas • Pets may not be left unattended unless crated (a small crate or pen can be provided with advanced notice. • Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning Guest access Keypad code will be provided via messages 24 hours prior to check in. Other things to note There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted overnight. Please note that parking is only permitted in the driveway next to the home. The driveway with the old SUV to the right of the blue house next door is not parking for the home. If additional parking is needed you can access the gravel driveway via Virginia Ave. Take a left between the antique store and Clarksville furniture to access. Please note: only kitchen windows open; ceiling fans and modern heating/cooling keep things comfy.
