Each area is equipped with Wi-Fi, data socket, USB wall sockets, air conditioner and mosquito nets. Included in the cost of the overnight stay are breakfast in the nearest partner bar (croissant and juice or coffee or cappuccino) and the use during the summer of an umbrella, deckchair and sunbed at the first beach resort (about 700m from the property) on the San Benedetto del Tronto seafront, which can be reached on foot through the pedestrian area of the center.
