Hello! We're Michael and Maria, and I'm inviting you to come stay at a private home just one mile north of the main Hot Springs attraction district. The house is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath private stay, with free parking and additional amenities. The home is a duplex; we live in the right half of the duplex. The Neighborhood This neighborhood is quiet with many historic homes facing Park Avenue, which is Central Avenue, the main road through town. You'll be on a slight hill giving you a lovely glimpse of the nature on both sides of the house. There are a few dining options in walking distance (1 mile, the main strip), including a convenience store (EZ Mart, 0.1 miles) and a coffee shop (Red Light Roastery, .4 mile) I would recommend having your own transportation or using Uber as the bus comes but not frequently enough. Interaction I'm here to answer any questions but I mainly keep to myself. My co-host, Michael, can tell you all about the town and the wonderful places that are must see during your stay. If you want privacy, we won't be in your hair! Entire home We live in the other side of duplex and are available 24\7. Lots of historic homes, President Bill Clinton's boyhood home up the street, restaurant across street open on weekends, convenience store on corner. Public transportation on corner. Watch for crosswalks The parking is a little tricky as the driveway is hard to see at first when approaching on the main road. It is directly across from Emma Lees Restaurant. Enter the drive way, pass the first house, and park immediately after the red mail box.
