Guest access The front house is all yours, along with the front porch and yard, and the left carport space in the back yard. For homeowners insurance compliance, a simple signed renters agreement is required for all bookings. We will send it to you securely after your reservation is confirmed. Other things to note Rather than a grassy backyard, this property has an historic carriage house at the back. This is a separate rental property that utilitizes the right side of the carport parking area. This is a city location. There is rush hour traffic noise. While we provide sound machines in the bedrooms, please do not stay if it is hard for you to feel at home in an urban environment. Finally, this house is over 110 years old. We've done extensive renovations on the house, but we are not billionaires. The house has a brand new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, brand new fence and gated parking, state of the art zoned HVAC system, etc. But it is still not new construction.
