PureHeart House is a peaceful and great location for your family to stay and relax. This house is located on the 2nd & 3rd floor of my 3 story home. There are 2 sets of stairs , 12 steps with stairslift in case you can't easily climb them. The 1st stairs lead to the dining area, the kitchen, living room & balcony. The 2nd stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a double mirrored closet . 30 minutes driving from the NY City, and 15 min walk to nearby restaurants and fun places. The space My listing is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of my three story home. There are 2 sets of stairs about 12 steps with stairslift in case you can't easily climb them. The 1st stairs lead to the dining area, the kitchen, living room, and a door leading to the balcony. The 2nd stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a double mirrored closet. There is 1 parking space on the premises and a few street parking spaces a few walks away from the house a great benefit. Inside the house you’ll find all the necessary items for a nice and comfortable stay. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, stove, pots, crockpot, and baking pans. Our living room has a 65" TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime Video, a dedicated space for work with free wifi during your stay. In the double mirrored closet, we have a hair dryer, an iron & iron board, towels, shampoos, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, and toiletries This is a 3 bedrooms unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and a queen ottoman. The other two rooms have queen size beds. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The unit is suitable for a family or a group of 6 people. It's a perfect place to stay, where you can enjoy NYC, and return to a nice and quiet house to rest and reset for your trip and activities. To have access to the beautiful spaces in the house you’ll be climbing stairs, but we have stairs lift available in case you can't climb. Thank you. Guest access There are a few house rules to be mentioned that we would like you to follow. #1: Please remove your shoes right after climbing the first set of stairs and place them in the shoe rack/box provided to maintain the unit hygienic and clean from outside germs. #2: Any time you are living the house, please turn off all lights and appliances. In case you need air circulation in the unit, please breafly open the windows to avoid constant running of the A/C or the heating system depending on the time of year. #3: Please use the dining area and the space provided in the kitchen to eat all your meals to keep the house clean. #4: This unit is located on a 2 family home, so there is always a family on the 1st floor, and you will be living right above so please be mindful and respectful of the quiet time from 10 p.m to 8 a.m to keep all noises to minimum during your stay. #5: No events are allowed at any time and will be shut down due to the town rules and the quietness of the neighborhood. Please be considerate to the area. Thank you! Other things to note * There is no laundry room on site, but a nice laundromat close by. *At checkout time, which is 10 a.m, please gather all used towels, wash any used dishes and throw away any garbage in the garbage bin around the corner on the side of the house.
