Convenient location just 10 minutes drive from boat access, you have more than enough space to store your boat. 10 minute drive from downtown Hartwell and surrounding areas or stay home and enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Lots of open space for games, relaxing, BBQ, or outdoor exploration. The space Spacious home with 3 bedrooms. Split level style where master includes separate bathroom with walk in shower, closet, his and her vanity and separate linen closet. Other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and have separate closet area. Washer and Dryer also available. Full kitchen and living room. No cable however Netflix and other streaming can be accessed via SmartTv. As we do allow pets, please note there is a pet fee of $125 and limit of 2 pets. The property is not fenced in and surrounding neighbors have dogs, leash required when outdoors. Guest access Entire home - including fire pit, playground areas, swimming pool. Any additional hosting outside of registered guest and/or approved may result in additional fees Other things to note Host guidelines/terms and conditions have been printed and listed inside of home. Additional charges will be added to stay in the event alarms are triggered due to camera interference, pet fees, damage of property and additional guest outside of stated reservation.
