Coastal Retreat in Baylys Beach

Welcome to my coastal retreat perched on a hillside overlooking Baylys Beach. My inviting home offers the perfect escape for those seeking serenity and natural beauty. Enjoy breathtaking ocean vistas and savor the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. This home blends indoor and outdoor living- featuring a private deck where you can unwind while gazing at spectacular sunsets. If looking for a peaceful getaway, my Baylys Beach abode promises an unforgettable experience. The space My home is warm and welcoming and sits against a hill overlooking the ocean. This is my primary dwelling so you will see personal effects around you. I won't, however, be here at the time of any booking so guests will have the house to themselves. There are stairs leading up to the main living area so be aware of that. But, once inside everything is on one level unless the second bedroom is required, which is downstairs. All essential amenities are provided. My home is on a private road so there is no through traffic. Plenty of parking. There is a private beach access pathway right outside which takes only a few minutes to get you onto the beach. Life savers are on the beach over the summer months. The outside deck is awesome in the summer months. Shade sails will be provided only if requested prior to arrival. If there are dates blocked which you would like, let me know, as it may be possible to free them up depending on my plans. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole area except my bedroom which will be locked. The garage is also not available but there's plenty of outdoor parking. Other things to note There is a take away/dairy at the top of the hill called Sharkys. The golf course is a mere 5 min drive. The main town of Dargaville, where you will find your main amenities is 10-15 mins drive. Kai Iwi Lakes is 35-40 min drive away Waipoua Forest and Tane Mahutu - 45 mins drive approx Please note : security cameras will be in operation.
