The space Our house "SopedaSerra," the name of our café (cafesopedaserra) is located on a quiet street in Lavras Novas, a short walk to the center. This walk can be done on the street or by a trail at the back of the house, which greatly reduces the walking time. It has a large living room. The living room, dining room and kitchen are combined. The living room has two sofas, an armchair and a fireplace. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs, although outside there is another table with 4 chairs. In the kitchen, there is a countertop with 3 stools. All necessary utensils such as spoons, plates, pots, cups, glasses, etc. are available. The 3 en-suites, 2 with double beds and one single, the other en-suite with a double bed only. All bathrooms with countertops and towel warmers. A hair dryer and an electric iron are available in the house. Guest access All areas of the house can be used.
