Park in your complimentary parking spot, take the elevator, and welcome yourself to this freshly renovated condo featuring: * King-Size bed with super comfy 14" Novaform mattress in master en-suite * Queen-Size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress * 2 full bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner. * Full dining room with 4 chairs & utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses * Spacious sofa in Living Room * Very large Custom Chef's Kitchen stocked w/ all SS appliances and granite counter tops opening up to the living/dining room * East and West Facing Floor-to-Ceiling Windows with views of Lake Michigan from the edge of living room, and The Drake! Other things to note about the space: Living/dining room has 55” SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. 55" SMART TV also in master and 32" SMART TV in the queen bedroom. DONE TO PERFECTION! CLOSE TO LAKE, SHOPPING, AND RESTAURANTS. Common rooftop deck with even better views! Parking spot (onsite!) is not typical for a location like this :) Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Probably one of the safest areas in Chicago. 24 hours a day. Q: PARKING? A: Your reservation comes with one complimentary parking spot! If you have more than one car, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find cost-effective parking options close by. Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. You will have more than enough. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out that same day. If possible, we usually ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates, and go to "confirm" the reservation. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! Guest access You have full access to the condo. The shared rooftop space is also available to see amazing views of Lake Michigan! Other things to note You will be sent all relevant check-in steps (simple access guide) along with the house manual through Googl. docs 2 days before your check in. Thanks :) NOTE: The main elevator for the building is small, but newly renovated. It comfortably fits 4 people so you may have to go up to the unit staggered. Building security requires: 1) Minimum age of 25 to book 2) All guest names and ages must be provided after booking QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Consistent levels above 70 decibels detected by noise sensor in unit will not be tolerated. **No LOCAL GUESTS (city/suburbs), and no visitors outside of the stated guest count at any time during the reservation unless exception is made by building security. If a visitor outside the stated guest count is proved to be inside without notice/exception, immediate action will be reported, and need to vacate immediately. $250/hr for each guest in the unit not stated in the total guest count. Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out Smoking in Room/Common Area - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred Noise Complaints Complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00 Party in Unit or Common Area - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages.
