Forget your worries in our green and serene space. This rustic cabin hides in a peaceful corner of the Apuan Alps woods, a few kilometers away from the beach. Ideal for those looking for tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. Relax on the spacious terrace and let yourself be carried away by the sea view. IMPORTANT: The property will be entirely yours, not shared! The space The property is built on terraced land. The cabin sits on the upper-level terraces and displays a large living area on its ground floor, provided with a long chestnut wood table, a fireplace, a newly furnished kitchen (pic yet to be uploaded), and a wooden staircase that leads to the first floor. A small 2-door wooden door introduces you to the night area, which consists in a large living room with a table to play boardgames or cards, a main bedroom with a sea view, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, a third bedroom with one bunk bed, a newly furnished bathroom with shower, and finally a wooden balcony will allow you to relax in front of the magnificent panorama. The outdoor space consists in a private parking lot that fits 4 to 5 vehicles (with more space available just outside the gates), a side garden with a red bricks grill and chopped wood, a large panoramic terrace, and a side patio that leads to the long stone staircase connecting the rest of the garden. The lower terraced lands dispose of an outdoor sink and hose, an equipment and a large shade umbrella with two sundecks. Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy and use. Be mindful that internet connection works a little slow and that we still need to take care of some minor maintenance issues, but I am sure that you will love the feeling of being guests in our special rustic place as we loved spending our time there! During your stay Myself and Camilla live 20 minutes away from the house, in the city of Massa. We wiill be meeting you on the first day to hand out any advice you need. We will also be available during your stay in case of necessity. Other things to note Me and my sister Camilla spent countless Summers at the house since we were just kids. While our parents and their friends were playing card games and sipping wine on the terrace, we used to play in the garden or go off exploring new trails with a walkie-talkie to stay in touch with Mama. Adolescence brought us unforgettable moments with our friends... weekends and special occasions turned into golden hour mountain hikes, long summer dinners, and sleepless nights chatting under the stars. Recently we were handed the key to the house and we decided to list it on Airbnb to let our guests create their personal experience and also to give the house a new life in the future.
