We can’t think of a better place when planning a weekend getaway, business trip, or need a comfortable place to stay for family/friends. The in-and-out access is hard to beat. We also supply zone, parking stickers for whoever may be driving in. Unit features painted white, brick walls, a kitchen that opens nicely into dining area, custom built-in cabinetry and shelving, and a spacious, master bedroom. In-unit washer/dryer, Nest thermostat, 2 Smart TVs, and Hardwood floors through out. Outdoor enclosed area right outside the side door. Just off Wells St. It is a truly unbeatable Old Town location. Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Q: PARKING? A: This place comes with the necessary zone parking stickers you will need for your car on the surrounding streets. After booking, we give detailed parking instructions in our house manual. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus! Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very.
