Beautiful, Sunny Apt in heart of Andes. Yard, view

Our charming 3 br, 2 bath apartment is located in the heart of lovely Andes hamlet. The apartment is spacious and sunny, with 2 private entrances. You will have the back yard to yourself with lovely views onto the rolling hills. There is a (albeit slopey) back porch where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view. We are steps away from Wayside Cider, Andes Hotel, Clementine vintage clothing shop and the Andes pool. The space The front entrance ( door #2) leads to the staircase up to the apartment. There is a large queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a claw foot bathtub. This bedroom also has a large desk for those who have to work remotely while enjoying Andes. We have great hi speed wifi. The 2nd queen bedroom has a lovely view onto the back yard. The open plan living room, dining room, kitchen is all farmhouse meets Brooklyn chic. The dining table can expand to seat 8. There is a tv in the living room ready with Apple TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus). There is a full bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom is smaller but private, with a double bed. Through the small laundry area is the door to the back porch (with a sloped floor) where we like to sit and drink our coffee in the morning. Here the back staircase leads straight to the yard from the porch. There is a 4th bedroom available for an additional $75. Located on the 1st floor but is still connected to the upstairs apartment. This room has a queen bed, a 1/2 bath and a tv. We are located right in the heart of Andes within walking distance of all its wonderful small town attractions. 15 mins to Margaretville, 15 mins to Delhi, 25 mins to Belleayre or Plattekill. Guest access Guests can park up to 2 cars in the driveway (only in front of the right garage door, please do not block left garage door). Street parking is free and available. Other things to note There is no cell service in Andes. We have excellent wifi and make all of our calls/texts with wifi calling. The Hamlet of Andes is very sleepy Monday-Thursday, with many attractions only open Friday-Sunday. Dana's Place is open everyday for dinner (2pm-9 or 10 pm), Andes Hotel is open for dinner and weekend brunch Tuesday-Sunday, Rosalino's diner serves breakfast and lunch Wed-Sunday.
