Literally under 10 minutes to many hot spots including downtown, Tampa international airport, Amalie Arena, Ybor City and many other great Tampa locations. Downtown - 9min Tampa Riverwalk - 8min Amalie Arena - 11min Straz Performing Arts Center - 6min TPA Tampa Int Airport - 8 min Raymond James - 7 min Yankee Stadium - 7 min Busch Gardens - 20 minutes Most beaches are about 15-30 minutes away. The space This beautiful modern studio will give you a fresh new perspective on traveling. It has all the essentials and then some. Our loft is great for solo travelers and couples. The studio is attached to a main house but is fully private and does not have access into the main house. Parking is on the opposite end of the main house and also very private. the private driveway is just steps aways from the loft entry with it's own fenced off spot for leaving your vehicle safely. Guest access Entire loft and private outdoor parking space. There is a coin laundry across the street on Habana Ave "Sunny Days" literally about a minute away. You can walk there quite easily. Other things to note No smoking, pets, or parties. our studio is ideal for solo travelers and 2 people max. one vehicle allowed per booking so as to not block access to other guests.
