Stay at this off-grid retreat on a working Merino sheep farm and escape the everyday, enjoy native wildlife, spectacular star-gazing and experience the activities on offer in the Snowy Mountains and surrounds. In an hour you will be at Perisher or Thredbo ski resorts. The space The house is set up to host two people comfortably, there is a pull out sofa for an additional two people however it takes up the living room when folded out. The Tiny Snow House comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The self-sufficient house is completely off grid with solar energy, rainwater and a composting toilet. We encourage you to be conscious of your energy consumption and the waste you bring to the property. There is a queen sized bed in the loft and a double sofa bed. Access to the property is via 2km of dirt road. Due to the rural location please note that there is no WiFi, Telstra has adequate coverage. Please ensure you stay on the marked roads, close all gates and drive slowly as there are plenty of sheep around! Guest access The Tiny Snow House is in its own paddock on the farm. The main farm house is completely separate although may be visible in the distance. Guest access is through a code which will be provided on booking. Guest must stay on marked roads and stay with in the mowed boundaries around the house. Registration Details Exempt
