The space Welcome to Uma Santai Villa Pererenan, a massive 7-bedroom sanctuary where Japanese-inspired design meets Bali’s tropical serenity. This 600sqm architectural gem features elegant brickwork, wooden panels, and bonsai-lined paths, creating the perfect backdrop for families or luxury retreats. The villa’s heart is an expansive open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a grand dining table, and a designer kitchen. Outside, a stunning private pool is surrounded by lush gardens and a charming patio, offering a peaceful escape just 6 minutes from the trendy cafes and surf of Pererenan Beach. Each of the seven bedrooms is a private haven with an ensuite bathroom. The ground-floor master suite is a standout, boasting a king bed, luxury bathtub, and private outdoor shower. With full staff and a zen atmosphere, Uma Santai offers a world-class stay in Pererenan's sophisticated neighborhood. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00. Occupancy & Extra Guests The rate includes up to 14 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 15th and 16th guests. Additional Services For Booking made after 03 June 2026, Rates apply include Daily Breakfast (Except for Weekly Stay / Monthly Stay). Optional services such as private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
