Villa by the Land and Sea

The Villa de Terre et Mer welcomes 8 to 10 People. This house full of character is located 800 m from the beach, a 10-minute walk. It has a secure, private and salt-treated swimming pool (available from May to the end of September) and an indoor SPA with 5 places (available from October to the end of April). The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people. The villa has a fenced garden and garden furniture. The space the house is located between the town of Pénestin and Assérac, The site is classified Natura 2000 it is a protected and very natural place. You can also discover the famous seaside towns of La Baule, Piriac-sur-Mer, Mesquer, La Turballe, Guérande and its salt marshes, and visit the Golf du Morbihan. There will be no shortage of activities between swimming, walking, shore fishing, as well as paddle boarding, kite surfing (kite surfing school located near the house… Pont Mahé beach is nicknamed the Mediterranean of the West, the water can reach 28°C, it is a calm and safe sandy beach, shallow, very suitable for small children but not only…..the Pénestin Tourist Office welcomes you to provide you with all the information you need for your vacation. In terms of gastronomy, come and taste the Moules de Pénestin, listed as a cultural heritage of France, and also other local specialties (seafood, crepes...) We also provide ping pong table, darts, petanque ball, shuffleboard, mollki, and children's games (board games, and second TV in the mezzanine for children). We have a baby bed, high chair if needed for baby on request). Linens and towels are included. Guest access large garage available and 2 to 3 free parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note The pool is accessible for the following period: from May until the last weekend of September. The indoor Jacuzzi will be available for the following period from October until the end of April. No plugging in any electric vehicle in our home;
