ATTENTION: There is a parking space for a "small and medium" car. ***Read the "other important information" section before booking.*** The space The property is a fairly large house, but as if it were a condominium of apartments; the outside area is a shared area/common area and the house is divided into 3 individual "apt's", as is customary in houses in the USA. Two of which are Airbnb. It is a quiet place, perfect for relaxing or short stays for those in the city for business or tourism. As we value tranquility, it is not an environment for parties. The owner has a small elderly dog and a kitten, both of whom are quiet and only stay inside her apartment, with no contact with guests. Other things to note Welcome! The Studio is a private lodging and works differently from a hotel. Here you will find comfort, privacy and a significantly lower and more advantageous price than hotels, but without typical hotel services. To ensure your stay is smooth, here's some important information: The Studio is compact and ideal for short stays. We provide sheets, pillows, a blanket, and a warmer blanket in the winter. Bath towels are not provided — please bring your own. We provide mini soap, shampoo and conditioner in a Dispenser in the shower, but we recommend bringing the hygiene products you are used to using. The kitchen is for snacks and quick meals. 👉 Avoid preparing food with a strong smell, as the odor spreads and becomes impregnated in the fabrics, bothering you and the next guests For your comfort: portable heater in winter and fan in summer. The location is in a privileged region of Curitiba, very close to one of the most popular parks in the city, Barigui Park, and the surroundings of the property are mostly residential, with little commerce nearby, even because zoning does not allow it. Getting around is easier with your own car or an app car. There is a balcony for smokers, smoking is not allowed inside the Studio. Airbnb releases check-in information 48 hours before the trip.
