Its layout is atypical and partly adapted to people with disabilities. It is a few minutes walk from Fort du Corbeau and the Kerdrein strike in Plougastel. ON FLOOR 1: - Adapted staircase with two landings and double handrails - mezzanine: with large net (can hold 2 adults and 2 children, max 250 kg), a children's hut, a reading area and a desk - Master bedroom 2: 160 cm bed, dressing room - bedroom 3: 2 twin beds of 80 cm that can be joined as a bed of 160 cm, 1 dresser - bathroom: large bathtub, 2 sinks, cupboards, large changing table, toilet, footstool, double toilet seat for children ON FLOOR 2: - Adapted staircase with landing and double ramps - bedroom 4: 2 twin beds 90 cm - bedroom 5: 2 twin beds 80 cm - overcome Outside: - large semi-covered terrace of more than 100 m2 on one level, rinsing tap (boots, overalls outside in front of the front door), BBQ, large dining table for 10 people and garden chairs - Carport for two cars adjoining the house with covered passage to the front door of the house - Very large property with a garden area including many games for children (cabin with large trampoline and slide, platform in the trees, climbing ropes), a bamboo grove, forest, and meadow. If Plougastel is the land of strawberries, the garden has fruits and berries in all seasons (blackberries and apples, chestnuts and mushrooms in autumn, holly in winter, strawberries in spring and some cherries, blackcurrants, raspberries and plums in summer).
