For your convenience, there is a Tesco just a 6-minute drive away on Prince Alfred Road, and plenty of places to eat in Childwall Fiveways, which is only a 5-minute drive away. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your meals, including pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and a washer/dryer. This stunning house boasts 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 1 of which has 1 double bed, and three of which have 2 double beds. The ground floor second lounge also provides extra sleeping space with a double sofa bed. This isn't your typical sofa bed—it comes with separate fold-out mattresses designed for superior comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In fact, many of our guests have commented that the sofa beds are just as comfortable as traditional beds, making them a fantastic option for extra guests. The second lounge features a dining table and additional seating. For added fun, challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Liverpool. 2 of the bathrooms are situated on the 1st floor, and the 3rd bathroom is an en-suite on the top floor of the house. Please note that checkout is at 10 am to allow the cleaner to arrive on time for the next guests. As such, we kindly ask that you adhere to this pre-agreed time. We provide all bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, and one bath towel and a hand towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require additional towels.
