About 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches (without any traffic jams!!), and 45 minutes from Soulac. The space The barn is composed of a large 43m2 living room with open and equipped kitchen, around which two night areas are articulated: - One, located upstairs under the roofs, with two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds one of which can be separated into two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - The other, located on the ground floor, is composed of two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds one of which can be separated into two single beds, one bathroom with sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a bean-to-cup espresso machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktops and a fan-assisted oven, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. Outside, a large terrace with table and chairs and a garden with a 3x6m salt-treated pool (heated from May to October to guarantee a water temperature of 25 degrees). A bar tarpaulin is available. A washing machine is available in the workshop. Very high speed internet access. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The width of the doors does not allow a wheelchair to move. The staircase is a bit steep and may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, for whom the downstairs rooms should be reserved. Also note that the windows on the floor are at ground level and do not have barriers.
