Close to Saint Laurent Médoc, on the road to Hourtin and the Atlantic beaches, come and enjoy the charm of this old barn of approximately 120 m2, completely renovated, with terrace and garden of approximately 400 m2 and 3x6 m swimming pool. 4 bedrooms are at your disposal, with 4 beds of 160 x 200, two of which can be separated to accommodate your children: i.e. 4 to 6 beds in all. About 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches (without any traffic jams!!), and 45 minutes from Soulac. The space The barn consists of a large 43 m2 living room with an open and equipped kitchen, around which two sleeping areas are located: - One, located upstairs under the roofs, with two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - The other, located on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds, a bathroom with sink and toilet. A sofa bed is also available in the living room and can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an espresso coffee bean machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, two microwaves (one of which is multifunctional), an electric stove with ceramic hob and convection oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Outside, a large terrace with table and chairs for 8 to 10 people and a garden with salt-treated (unheated) 3x6 m pool. A pool cover and pool alarm are present. A washing machine is available in the workshop. Very high speed internet access. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The width of the doors does not allow a wheelchair to move. The staircase is a bit steep and may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, for whom the downstairs rooms should be reserved. Also note that the windows on the floor are at ground level and do not have barriers.
