The Deluxe Suite is provided with a work desk and very fast internet, with speeds up to 500mpbs. It also has a large sofa bed and flat screen smart TV with Netflix access. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Kalamata, as it is within walking distance of the city's main points of interest. In particular, the "Evripidou 7" building of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, close to both the center and the local beach, next to the large central park of Kalamata (Railway Park), next to the bike path that runs from north to south of the city and just next to the municipal swimming pool. The building "Evripidou 7" of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas, has been designed by A&K Architects. It was recently built (May 2023) with modern urban decoration in the style of Athenian modernism and with a special emphasis on sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection. The apartment and the entire building "Evripidou 7", has all the modern comforts of the 21st century, making guests have a unique stay experience. Heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and electricity are provided 100% by renewable energy sources and the building is in the upper levels of category A+, i.e. building ZEB = Zero Energy Building. The Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas have Modern Central Heating and Cooling Systems for the spaces using Heat Pumps and Fan Coils. The temperature inside the accommodation is by default, maintained at 22oC throughout the winter and 26oC throughout the summer in order to achieve ideal thermal comfort for our guests throughout the year. All apartments have Mechanical Ventilation Systems with Heat Recovery, in order to ensure a healthy atmosphere in the interior spaces 24 hours a day. The accommodation has been declared to the Hellenic Tourism Organization with notification number 1306358. Guest access The guest has access to the entire Deluxe Suite. Other things to note • Billing policy for infants is the same as the child billing policy, ie the charge is 10 € / infant / day of stay. • Please do not smoke indoors - you can smoke on the big balcony. • All we would like is to respect the house as if they were yours. • Pets are not allowed. • Arrival after 22:00 has an additional cost of € 10 and after 00:00 the additional cost is € 30.
