The space Your home away from home :) Welcome to our newly built, bright and stylish 3 bedroom house. Conveniently located 15 min drive from the airport, and the Southgate Mall, along with access to plethora of businesses, grocery stores, banks and restaurants on foot. This is a private suite in a quiet, mature neighbourhood that can sleep up to 6 people. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and there’s plenty of room to relax in the living room, bonus room, bedrooms, and the outdoor space. Primary bedroom is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet and an ensuite. The other two secondary bedrooms has a double bed each and share a washroom. All three bedrooms have plenty of storage with full closets. Both full bathrooms have a range of toiletries provided for your comfort. Did we tell you that this house has a bonus room with a cute reading corner? It comes with a collection of books which are provided for you to enjoy! The suite also contains a laundry unit on site for your use. On the main floor, there is a powder room available for your use along with the kitchen, dinning area and the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans along with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutting board, and more. We also provide some basic coffee pods and tea essentials. Seating is available at the island or dining table. The living area contains a smart TV, and a couch set with plenty of seating. You can either connect to your own streaming channels or enjoy YouTube or the provided Apple TV account. You have access to the high speed wireless internet connection. Lots of parking space is available on both the front as well as the back of the house. You are also free to use the deck and the backyard space. Security cameras record 24/7 *Please note: This is a brand new property with unfinished landscaping and unfinished front walkway. Neighborhood is also being developed and there might be some construction activity during business hours. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Our residence consists of three bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. However, the allocation of rooms depends on the number of guests. For example, when there are upto two guests, we assign them the master bedroom. When a third guest arrives, we make the second bedroom available, and so on. If you need an additional bedroom, kindly inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
