The Old Farmhouse

The old farmhouse is located on a quiet, dead-end road. It sits on top of a picturesque hill surrounded by rolling farmland. The Pecatonica river surrounds the farm on three sides. The farmhouse is the perfect place for quiet time and relaxation. The Farmhouse was built in 1914. It still has the original woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Sit on the porch or sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. The space This is a whole house on a quiet, dead-end road in a very rural setting, so it is a very peaceful setting and a nice getaway. The house is an old farmhouse, is on land with several other sheds and buildings, yet the house has been recently updated and has beautiful woodwork and floors throughout the house. It is very close to the Tri-County Trail. We do not allow atvs, or utvs to be drove on the property. They can be trailered to the Farmhouse. There is public parking at the Gratiot park, which the trail runs thru. Safe and secure parking there. Please ask if you would like more information.
