Cozy condo within lake community in Hollister, MO

Welcome to Table Rock Lake where you can relax on the lake and explore the beauty and festivities of Branson, Missouri. You'll love it here. Wake up with a cup of coffee and read a book in the sun room. Walk over to the marina, grab some pizza and sunscreen, and get out on the lake or lounge poolside to soak up a little sun. Then take a short 15 minute drive into town for a nice dinner, live music and shopping. The space Pool opening: May 1st Pool closing: September 1st The State Park Marina is located just 10 minutes up the road and offers overnight slip rentals and trailer parking if you'll be bringing your boat! Overnight slips are $30/night and can be reserved online or you may call the office during business hours. The marina also offers rentals for pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, skis/tubes/wakeboards/knee boards, waverunners, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. You can also check out the State Park Marina if you are interested in a catamaran charter for a two-hour swim cruise or a classic boat tour of Table Rock Lake and to hear a few stories about the lake history. Boats and trailers cannot be parked on the property. There is boat/trailer parking available at the State Park Marina or Branson Bay Marina which is a gravel lot just a few blocks up the road from the condo. Other things to note Our condo is a ground floor unit and stairs are optional to access the condo. If you drive up to the building directly, there are 16 stairs down to the condo. If you wish to avoid stairs, you may park on the side of the building and walk around to the condo without having to use stairs.
