Welcome to our home! We are so excited to have you stay and enjoy the serenity of Hampton Waters. We are located 5-7 minutes from downtown East Hampton, with a pool and 2 private bay side beaches; the only things that matter in the summer. The beach outlets are 5 minutes by foot or 2 mins by bike. The winter is equally charming as the house transforms into a cozy abode with all the amenities needed to keep warm and entertained. The space We have 4 bedrooms/3 full baths and an additional sofa bed in the playroom. Plenty of room for everyone. Additionally there is a sunken living room (the only stair in the main part of the house) which is great for small children. On the side of the living room is an additional playroom for kids or for loarger groups to sprawl out. The kitchen is open flow and has a dining table located on the side. There are a couple of barstools as well for the counter area. Outside you will find a patio with picnic table and a grill along with a pool and pool furniture for the beautiful summer days. Additionally, there is an unfinished basement which houses a Peloton workout bike for your use as well as a few free-weights. There are also 3 bicycles, which you are free to use to venture around town. We are happy for our guests to use these amenities and simply ask that anything being used, please treat it with care. Guest access Guests can access the entire space. Other things to note Please note that the pool is heated. The heating for the pool is the only expense not included in the price of the rental and will be charged against the security deposit. For most short stays, such as weekends, this isn't anticipated to be more than a $1-200ish expense if even that if used reasonably (i.e. not maxing out the heat at 90 degrees all day).
