There is also additional storage space available in the basement. The space The main living area, which is only accessible by stairs, includes an open kitchen / dining area / living-room with sofa-sleeper / work space, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms each include a queen size bed, closet space, dresser, mirror, and bench. The unfinished basement has a ground level entrance door with interior stairs leading to the main living space. The basement is shared space, it includes the laundry area with washer, drier, folding table and clothes hanging bar, as well as a small table with two chairs and a couch. Guest access The upstairs/main living space is private. The basement/laundry area is shared space. My daughter who lives in a separate home on the property uses the laundry area. Other things to note This house is not suitable for anyone who cannot manage steps easily as it has a lot of steps. There are stairs outside leading to the front entrance way, and there are also stairs inside between the main living space and the basement/laundry area. The inside steps are narrow and steep. All steps have non-slip treads and hand rails.
