On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Directly next to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a modern shower room and a pantry on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and another shower room. A highlight is the sauna in the outdoor area, which invites you to a private SPA experience. The vacation home includes two parking spaces, which are right by the house. New from 2026: For a completely carefree stay, the beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and a terry cloth package per person is now part of the standard equipment. So you can enjoy maximum comfort from the start – without additional booking. Information about the visitor's tax and possible additional costs: The visitor's tax is calculated at the time of booking. In the event of changes to the statutes, the spa contribution rate may change until your arrival. The visitor's tax calculated by the municipality is always to be paid. Sauna: For responsible and fair use of the sauna, we rely on a separate billing of €0.50/kWh. So you can enjoy our wellness offer at a minimum usage price – without any flat-rate surcharges in the rent. Firewood: We will provide you with firewood for your fireplace upon arrival and it can be purchased if necessary.
